Our award-winning single origin Fleur de Sel sea salt is hand-harvested in coconut tree trunks in the village of Amed on the tropical coast of East Bali, Indonesia. The salt farmers use traditional methods applied since hundreds of years and pristine sea water to produce this delicate and mineral rich salt.

Fleur de Sel is the first harvest of premium salt crystals that rise naturally to the surface.

The sea salt produced in East Bali is known for its high quality and refined taste. In the 17th century Amed has been appointed as the salt producer to the King of the Karangasem Regency and today these traditional manufacturing techniques are protected by a Geographic Designation of Origin.

The salt is natural and unrefined, retaining all the minerals and elements. The lid is made of sustainable coconut wood. It's a perfect table salt to add the finishing touches to a home cooked or takeaway meal.

Winner of ★ Great Taste Award
